Turning File Cabinets into CDs

GrandScan's high-quality, high-speed document scanning process creates digital images of your paper documents with remarkable clarity. Our software then converts the images into a digital file format (typically PDF) that best suits your needs. The PDF files are returned to you on a CD with our free integrated search utility. The PDF files can be installed on your network for simultaneous access by multiple users.

We Do All the Work!

• We provide free shipping of your files to our facility.
• We remove staples, clips, etc., and prep your files for scanning.
• We scan your files and convert them to PDF, storing up to 25,000 pages on each CD.
• We verify the accuracy & quality of the document conversion process.
• We index each file according to your specifications, using multiple fields.
• We provide OCR if you require it.
• We deliver your PDF files to you on CD, including duplicate backup CD. The CDs also contain our free integrated search utility that provides instant & easy access to your files.
• We provide secure destruction of your scanned paper files.
• We provide ongoing technical support to ensure success.

No Preparation is Necessary

We take your files as they are. No advance file preparation is necessary before we begin. Our staff carefully cleans each page by removing staples, clips, folds, etc. to ensure an accurate and usable image. Everything in the file is scanned including photos, sticky notes, scraps of paper, and back sides of pages if there is content.

Your Files Are Always Available

Even during the short time that your paper files are in our facility being processed, they are still available to you. Should you need a file while it's in our possession, simply give us a call and we will fax it to you or provide a secure web link to download the PDF of the file.
